We deliver to addresses in Italy only, with Poste Italiane. We cannot deliver to Campione d'Italia (postcode 22061) or Livigno (postcode 23041), to San Marino, to Vatican City or to any other country.

Delivery costs a flat €5.90 per order, IVA included, whatever the number of items. The cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Orders leave our Milan address within 1 working day. Poste Italiane then delivers in 1 to 4 working days, so most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days of the order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

We email you the Poste Italiane tracking code when your order leaves us. You can also check the order status on the Track Your Order page.

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, including if you have changed your mind, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. We pay the return shipping. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Email support@lemei-factory.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We send you a prepaid Poste Italiane return label. You can also bring the items to our address in Milan after agreeing a time with us by email.

We refund within 14 days of the day you tell us you are returning the items. We may wait until we receive the items back, or until you show us you have sent them, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

We handle size changes as a return and a new order: return the item for a refund and order the size you need. This way the new size is reserved for you straight away.

Yes. All prices include 22% Italian IVA. The IVA amount is shown in the cart and at checkout. There are no other charges apart from the €5.90 delivery cost.

Our T-shirts use EU letter sizes: S to XXL for men and XS to XL for women. Each product page states the fit and the garment weight for every size. Our Size Guide explains the fits, and we can measure a garment for you if you email us.

The fibre content is listed on each product page. For example, some styles are 100% cotton, others are 95% cotton and 5% elastane, or 60% cotton and 40% viscose.

Each product page has care instructions for that style. In general: machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, air dry and iron inside out on a cool setting.

Write to support@lemei-factory.com with your order number and a photo. We arrange the return at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. Your legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code applies for 2 years from delivery.
