All card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers or cryptocurrency.
Currency and amount
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include 22% IVA. The total you pay is the product prices plus the €5.90 delivery charge, as shown at checkout. We do not add any card surcharge or payment fee.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation by email with the amount paid and the IVA included.
Security
Card details are entered in a secure payment form provided by Stripe and are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with Strong Customer Authentication, for example in your banking app or with a code.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, the order is not placed and you are not charged. You can try again or use another card. For the reason of a decline, please contact your card issuer.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card used for the purchase, within the times set out in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
Receipts and invoices
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. If you need an invoice, write to support@lemei-factory.com with your order number.
