Track Your Order

Check the status of your order and follow your parcel with Poste Italiane.

Order status

Enter your order number (from your confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout to see the current status of your order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Follow your parcel

When your order leaves us, we send you an email with the Poste Italiane tracking code. You can follow the parcel on the Poste Italiane tracking page or in the Poste Italiane app by entering the code without spaces.

  • Orders leave us within 1 working day.
  • Poste Italiane delivers within 1 to 4 working days after collection.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.

If the tracking has not changed for 3 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, write to support@lemei-factory.com with your order number and we will check it with Poste Italiane.
